RAPS Cumulative Plan Activity Report and the RAPS Monthly Plan Activity Report Corrections

CMS is sending this notification in relation to an error identified in both the RAPS Cumulative Plan Activity Report and the RAPS Monthly Plan Activity Reports sent to MAOs between August 2020 and June 2021. These reports are generated to display all diagnoses counts in each of the report subheadings even if the diagnoses count that is populated results in a zero count. However, the identified error caused certain sub-headers on each of the reports to be incorrectly populated, which resulted in blank entries, instead of zeros, in the sub-headers. A correction to properly display the zero diagnoses counts in the report sub-headers will be put into place for the next RAPS Cumulative and Monthly reporting cycle on July 1st, 2021. No action is needed on the side of the MAOs at this time.
